  1. DOA (Discovering quality issues within 7 days of receiving the product)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a return or exchange as soon as possible. The return or exchange process should be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt, with some exceptions for legal holidays, which may cause slight delays.

  1. Quality issues within the warranty period

Consumer electronics and appliances typically have a 1-10 year warranty (the specific warranty period is determined by the corresponding manufacturer). Items eligible for after-sales service will usually be replaced directly with a new product. If there is no same-model product in stock, the seller must contact the manufacturer to arrange after-sales service.

Notes:

  1. All warranties are Return to Base Warranty, meaning customers must bring or send the faulty product back to us.

  2. We will cover the shipping costs for eligible DOA returns or exchanges. If the product does not have an after-sales issue or does not meet the after-sales conditions, the customer will bear the costs for logistics and inspection.

  3. If a technician is required to pick up the item and return it after completing after-sales service or repairs, we will charge a pick-up and delivery fee.

  4. Our store does not support returns or exchanges without a valid reason. For returns that do not affect resale (i.e., the product is brand new and unopened), we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
