Four M.2 slots (up to 64 Gbps)
PRIME Z790-A WIFI-CSM offers a total of four M.2 slots that support data-transfer speeds of up to 64 Gbps via PCIe 4.0, enabling quicker boot-up and app load times with OS or application drives.

PCIe 5.0 Slot
PCIe 5.0 offers twice the data transfer speed of PCIe 4.0, making it robust enough to handle new data-heavy tasks. PCIe 5.0 also brings other benefits, such as electrical changes to improve signal integrity, backward-compatible CEM connectors for add-in cards, and compatibility with previous versions of PCI Express.
USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C
A batch of USB ports support high-end rigs loaded with peripherals, including a rear Type-C connector with ultrafast USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 for transmission speeds of up to 20 Gbps.
Thunderbolt 4 (USB4 compliant)
PRIME Z790-A WIFI-CSM motherboard features USB4 support via a Thunderbolt (USB4) header. With an ASUS add-on card*, PRIME motherboards can enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40 Gbps on a single cable, while providing power to fast-charge device. Additionally, this card has a daisy-chain function for multi-screen connection and supports up to dual displays with 4K resolution.

WiFi 6E
Onboard WiFi 6E technology takes advantage of the newly available radio spectrum in the 6 GHz band. It provides up to three times the bandwidth of the 5 GHz band and up to seven 160 MHz bands to deliver ultrafast wireless networking speeds and improved capacity as well as better performance in dense wireless environments.

How long does it take for out-of-stock items to be available?

How do I cancel an order?

Can I get an invoice?
All products sold on this website are genuine and come with a formal GST invoice. Invoice can be downloaded in the "My Orders" page.
How do I contact the seller?

What if I receive fewer or incorrect items?
If you purchase multiple items in the same order, they may be sent in more than one package and may not be delivered simultaneously. We recommend that you wait patiently for 1-2 days. If you still haven't received the items, you can directly contact our online customer service for self-operated products or consult the third-party seller through the online customer service.
How long does it take for returns, exchanges, or repairs?
In general, if quality issues arise within 7 days of receipt, you can apply for a return or exchange. Warranties are RTB Warranty, meaning customers must return the faulty product to our workshop; we do not currently offer on-site warranty services. We will cover the shipping costs for eligible warranty returns or exchanges. If the product does not have after-sales issues or does not meet after-sales conditions, the customer will bear any inspection fees. If a technician is required to pick up the item and return it after completing after-sales service or repairs, we will charge a pick-up and delivery fee (Melbourne City and southeast suburbs: $30, north suburbs: $40).
